Upon nomination of the faculty...
Initially, I dove into the workforce and gained a lot of great experience on-the-job and by modeling the behavior of some dynamic leaders. Then, after ample experience on-the-job, I went back to school and got my degrees! My education has been invaluable in allowing me to understand the science and theory behind my real-life experience.

DDI Certified Facilitator
As an earner of the Facilitator Certification Process Workshop badge, I have demonstrated the competencies required to become an expert facilitator.
As a Certified DDI Facilitator I create a safe learning environment, respond to learner needs, promote behavior change, and help them transfer learning to the job. I am able to deliver all courses in DDI’s Interaction Management® system.
MBTI Certified Practitioner
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument is administered by trained professionals all over the world and is the most widely used personality assessment of its kind.
It is based on well-researched and validated personality theory with proven applications in a variety of fields, including organizational development, management consulting, personal coaching for executives and managers, leadership development and team building, and counseling for individuals and families.

The Leadership Challenge® gives everyone the tools—including the LPI®: Leadership Practices Inventory®—and practices to model the way, inspire a shared vision, challenge the process, enable others to act, and encourage those around them.
